Te Moana Studios

Commissioned by property developer Sebastian Teao, the project was conceived as a series of compact studio residences, designed to maximize spatial efficiency while maintaining a strong architectural identity. The scope included full planning, architectural design, and high-end visualizations. The architectural language is defined by clean geometric volumes, grounded by textured stone and softened with natural materials. A symmetrical façade establishes order and presence, while layered surfaces and recessed openings create depth and shadow; responding to the intense island sunlight.
